Life is unpredictable. Grab your passport and go do stuff. Eat. Drink. Explore. Play. That's what Travel.World-Eats is about.

Jeff and I have been travel partners for at least the last 150 years. We plan our day around our meals. We drink the local wine. And the coffee better be good.

If you want a guide to the latest and greatest luxury hotels and restaurants, this is not the place. Good food and accommodations can be found in the most unlikely places. Serendipity has been our guiding goddess for years.

If we are 1st time visitors to a place, you'll find lots of links to experts in the area. Nothing annoys me more than someone who doesn't know the area saying they found 'the best' of anything.

We also have a family tradition of taking ridiculous photos in elevators.

How

Eat. Drink. Do Stuff. Sleep. Cook.

Pretty simple.

Eat is for eating out at restaurants.

Drink is for wine, cocktails and maybe coffee. #salvation (Follow me on Instagram and this will make sense.)

Do Stuff includes activities and some travel tips (like bring your International Drivers License with you, just in case).

Sleep is for hotels or anyplace you might want or have to sleep (like the floor in the Barcelona airport...best spot is over by security but they wake you up at 6:00 when security opens).

Cook isn't about recipes, but its about cooking inspiration. As our son would say, "Mom. Taste. Now make this at home."
